SIVAratri is one of the big festival for sadu(saint).it lies on the month of middle feb.festival goes around Pashupati Temple, on this auspicious day many saint from different parts of India and Nepal visit Pashupati temple. free smoke is special of that day. so in Nepal sivaratri day , peoples calibrate as smoking day. Gaja (ha-sis) like the Lord Siva, so normal people and Sadu(saint) smoke as bless of Lord Siva. this picture is taken on sivaratri in pashupati Temple area.
